Greg Clink spent 15 seasons as the head coach of the Chico State men’s basketball program. Clink established Chico State as one of the premier Division II programs in the nation, leading the ’Cats to 13 postseason appearances—including nine NCAA Championship Tournament berths—while claiming three NCAA West Region titles and three California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) regular-season championships. Clink was named CCAA Coach Of The Year 3 times. Clink will show you how to create and sustain championship culture in your organization.

College Athletics Recruiting
This keynote is directed to high school age student-athletes that have a dream of playing college athletics. As a college coach for 30 years Greg has the expertise and experience to help guide and inspire high school student-athlete through the recruiting process. Greg will lay out a detailed plan for the student-athletes to follow so the can know the academic requirements, know what college coaches are evaluating them on, how to effectively promote yourself to college programs, and how to find the right school and level to compete at.
